Announcement: Salcombe Crabfest 2020 postponed

We have been closely monitoring the latest Government, NHS and Public Health England guidelines in respect of the developing Covid-19 pandemic, and today have taken the decision to postpone this year’s Salcombe Crabfest.

The event, which was scheduled to take place on 3rd May 2020, will be rescheduled at a later date.

John Sampson from The Rotary Club of Salcombe, and organiser of Salcombe Crabfest said: “The health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors, chefs and all involved is of paramount concern to us and we do not feel that we should go ahead with the event as planned.”

“This is an evolving situation, and we will announce a new date as soon as we are able to. We hope to see you all then.”
